Idealizado pelo ex-secretário de Segurança Pública, coronel Vinicius Almeida, a ferramenta tecnológica foi implantada em 2021. Quatro anos depois, o sistema ampliou e ganhou reconhecimento facial para localizar foragidos da Justiça.
Agora, a tecnologia possui um representante mais simpático: o Paredinho. O boneco de esponja passou a acompanhar o seu criador, coronel Vinícius Almeida, em eventos de sua campanha para deputado estadual, como panfletagens e bandeiraços em diferentes pontos da capital.
A ideia transforma em personagem de campanha uma ferramenta que marcou a atuação do coronel na área da segurança pública. “Na minha gestão, o Paredão saiu do papel e se tornou uma ferramenta importante para levar mais segurança à população”, disse coronel Vinícius.
Nas ruas, o Paredinho chama atenção por onde passa. Para o candidato do Podemos, o mascote é também um reflexo do seu estilo de trabalho. “Identificar o que o povo precisa, buscar soluções e fazer acontecer”, afirmou o coronel, ressaltando que irá lutar por mais projetos, investimentos e melhorias em benefício da população.
