Em comemoração ao aniversário a unidade terá uma programação especial para os clientes, com descontos especiais

A unidade da Cachaçaria do Dedé, localizada no Parque Dez de Novembro, zona Centro-Sul da cidade, receberá festejos em comemoração aos 28 anos de fundação, nesta sexta-feira, 04, e quem ganha são os frequentadores da unidade com uma programação especial durante todo o dia. Tendo em vista que a maioria dos frequentadores já é de tradição, às 20hrs o chefe Dedé Parente junto a sua filha, Sandrea parente, responsável pela unidade, estará na unidade recebendo todos e distribuindo bolo aos clientes pela comemoração.

Já pela parte da tarde o “Happy Beer” já começará a partir 17hs e vai até a noite com descontos de 50% nos produtos Dedé Long Neck e caipirinha. Uma boa opção para reunir os amigos e tomar uma cerveja com uma variedade de petiscos com um preço diferenciado de presente para os clientes.
Para o chefe Dedé Parente, “Ao passar dos anos vejo o crescimento de nosso trabalho e a satisfação do nosso público, fico muito contente com o retorno que temos. Por isso trabalhamos sempre com renovação para apresentar cada vez mais novidades com qualidade como se fosse feito na mesa de minha casa. Mais um ano se passa e tenho a certeza de nosso posicionamento na cidade. Só tenho a agradecer. Para a sexta teremos descontos bem relevantes para presentear nossos amigos e clientes”, afirma o chef.

Já para a responsável da unidade, Sandrea Parente, “Trabalhamos em prol da melhora contínua de nosso atendimento e qualidade de nossos produtos e serviços. Nossa programação é renovada toda semana. Temos música todos os dias, self servisse variado nos almoços e cardápio aberto todas as noites com pratos rápidos, práticos, gostosos, fora os petiscos que tem saído muito bem, declara Sandrea.

Conheça a como tudo começou
Era 1991, em Manaus, quando André Parente montou a barraca de pastel. Fritos na hora, os pastéis eram feitos de uma forma artesanal, com o próprio André desenrolando a massa à noite para que, durante o dia, eles fossem oferecidos na barraca.

Já nos primeiros dias, André, literalmente, começou a perder o sono, mas o motivo era bom: o negócio estava se mostrando promissor! O número de vendas aumentou e não foram poucas as vezes que ele virou a noite para ter os pastéis prontinhos para serem fritos na manhã seguinte.
Era o começo de tudo. Da barraca, que ele nunca deixou ser chamada no diminutivo, veio a Skina do Pastel, num espaço muito maior com uma diversificação de produtos no cardápio que incluiu a aquisição do exemplar de uma cachaça Anísio Santiago, que custava em torno 100 doláres e logo em seguida Dedé teve “iluminação” para montar a Cachaçaria do Dedé.

Em 2009, já com Rogério Perdiz, como sócio, foi inaugurada a segunda unidade, no Manauara Shopping, e agregado o empório à marca. A loja apresentou excelentes resultados e buscou-se um desafio maior: a primeira loja fora do estado do Amazonas. Em 2012 foi inaugurada a Cachaçaria do Dedé & Empório, em Uberlândia/MG, hoje descontinuada.

Com a necessidade da abertura de novas lojas se fez imprescindível um Centro de Administração, Logística e Produção que gerasse mais qualidade e dinamismo as operações, o CDA, foi criado em 2014, em seguida no ano de 2016, em Fortaleza foi inaugurada a unidade Restaurante Engenho Dedé, Shopping Iguatemi, em 2017, Manaus recebeu uma nova marca do Grupo, o “Dedé Boteco”, no Amazonas Shopping. E, em 2018, foi inaugurada a unidade do Engenho Dedé em Belo Horizonte, suprindo a demanda deixada pela unidade de Uberlândia.

São 28 anos de uma história construída com muita paixão nos temperos, respeito ao cliente e disposição para sempre fazer melhor.
