Yara Lins é Reeleita Presidente do TCE-AM e se Torna a Primeira Conselheira com Segundo Mandato Consecutivo

A conselheira Yara Lins, do Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Amazonas (TCE-AM), fez história ao ser reeleita para a presidência do órgão, tornando-se a primeira conselheira a assumir um segundo mandato consecutivo. A reeleição de Yara Lins foi viabilizada após a Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Amazonas (ALE-AM) aprovar uma lei complementar que permite a recondução dos conselheiros aos cargos de direção do TCE-AM. Essa medida, agora oficializada, transforma em lei o que antes era previsto apenas no Regimento Interno do tribunal desde 1996, conferindo respaldo jurídico para o segundo mandato.

Com essa nova legislação, Yara Lins está apta a cumprir seu mandato atual até o final de 2025 e assumir um novo biênio entre 2026 e 2027. A reeleição da conselheira foi amplamente apoiada pelos demais membros do TCE-AM, que uniram esforços para garantir a continuidade de sua liderança. A mensagem encaminhada pelo tribunal à ALE-AM recebeu a assinatura de todos os conselheiros titulares, exceto do conselheiro Ari Moutinho, que se encontra de licença. Para demonstrar apoio, o conselheiro convocado, que substitui temporariamente Ari Moutinho, também endossou a iniciativa.

A articulação política interna foi essencial para acomodar os interesses dos demais conselheiros em torno da reeleição de Yara Lins. Luis Fabian, atual vice-presidente, concordou em continuar no cargo, enquanto Josué Neto (corregedor), Mário de Mello (ouvidor) e Júlio Pinheiro (coordenador da Escola de Contas) também decidiram permanecer em suas funções, reforçando a estabilidade na estrutura de liderança do TCE-AM.

Ao ser reeleita, Yara Lins destacou o compromisso de fortalecer as ações de controle e fiscalização do tribunal, além de intensificar os esforços no combate à corrupção e na transparência pública. Sua gestão já tem gerado impactos significativos na auditoria de contas e no aprimoramento dos serviços oferecidos pelo tribunal, aspectos que ela se comprometeu a ampliar nos próximos anos.
