Após passar por um processo de atualização, os sistemas eletrônicos utilizados no Tribunal de Contas do Amazonas (TCE-AM) para tramitação de processos e dados foram relançados em suas novas versões na manhã desta quarta-feira (15) pelo presidente da Corte de Contas, conselheiro Mario de Mello. Entre os sistemas atualizados estão o SPEDE, Jurisprudência, SEI! e VPN, com acesso inclusive pelo smartphone sem restrição de local. O presidente do TCE-AM, conselheiro Mario de Mello, foi quem realizou o primeiro acesso oficial aos sistemas.
“O objetivo é facilitar o trabalho dos nossos servidores que utilizam diariamente os sistemas eletrônicos da Corte de Contas. Os benefícios são inúmeros, com destaque ao fato de que eles poderão utilizar qualquer dispositivo, com segurança, de qualquer lugar do mundo para fazer a tramitação de processos, a atualização de dados e demais necessidades diárias de suas funções”, ressaltou o presidente do Tribunal, conselheiro Mario de Mello.
Também participaram da solenidade de lançamento de atualização dos sistemas o conselheiro Josué Cláudio; o procurador-geral do Ministério Público de Contas (MPC), João Barroso; os secretários geral de Administração, Solange Ribeiro, e de Tecnologia da Informação, Artur Loureiro; além de diretores, chefes de departamento e de divisão, e servidores do TCE-AM.
Segundo o secretário de tecnologia da informação do TCE-AM, Artur Loureiro, a implantação dos novos sistemas levou pouco mais de um ano, com a programação feita totalmente pelos técnicos do Tribunal de Contas.
“Conseguimos fazer essas atualizações em tempo recorde. Para desenvolver novos programas, substituir equipamentos, fazer o treinamento dos servidores, necessita de tempo, e hoje estamos com a apresentação desses sistemas já prontos para serem utilizados, o que é fantástico”, disse o secretário.
Ainda segundo Artur Loureiro, o acesso utiliza a base de dados do data center do TCE-AM, localizado na Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informação (Setin).
“O acesso pode ser feito de forma bastante simples e segura, o que é mais importante. Os servidores podem utilizar por meio do computador, do celular, tablet, não importando o local onde você esteja. Antes, era preciso um computador totalmente configurado para a utilização do sistema, hoje essa barreira foi vencida e da forma mais segura, utilizando a base de dados do próprio data center do Tribunal de Contas”, complementou.
