O parlamentar atendeu a uma solicitação de moradores e esteve no conjunto Shangrilá, zona centro-sul de Manaus
Na manhã desta quarta-feira (29/03), o vereador Sassá da Construção Civil (PT) pediu permissão da Mesa Diretora da Câmara Municipal de Manaus (CMM), para deixar a Sessão Plenária. O parlamentar atendeu ao apelo de moradores do conjunto Shangrilá, zona centro-sul de Manaus que, de acordo com informações repassadas a Sassá, estavam sendo intimidados por funcionários da concessionária de energia, que mesmo após decisão judicial, estavam no local para instalar os medidores de energia aéreos.
“Infelizmente, a empresa está brincando e essa brincadeira pode custar ‘caro’ pra ela, porque ninguém mexe com a população”, afirmou o vereador, antes de deixar o parlamento.
Ao chegar na avenida A do Conjunto Shangrilá, o parlamentar se deparou com um clima de tensão entre os moradores e a equipe da concessionária. Aos gritos, os moradores diziam que um dos encarregados da empresa afirmou que não iria cumprir a decisão do juiz, pois o caso estava em Brasília, no Supremo.
De acordo com os manifestantes, um dos funcionários da Amazonas Energia chegou a declarar que se os moradores quisessem desinstalar os medidores, que os próprios subissem no poste.
Os deputados estaduais Sinésio Campos, Mário César Filho e Delegado Péricles também estavam no local. O vereador Sassá pediu calma aos moradores.
“A gente sabe que eles estão aqui apenas cumprindo ordens. Quem era para estar aqui eram os diretores da Amazonas Energia”, declarou o parlamentar.
Segundo o vereador, diante do tumulto provocado pelo descumprimento de uma ordem judicial, dois funcionários foram para a 23ª Cicom, prestar esclarecimentos.
“Eles cumprem ordens, mas chegam intimidando. Os moradores estão revoltados com essa insistência. Foi registrado um boletim de ocorrência contra a concessionária, e eles se comprometeram a retirar os medidores instalados ainda hoje do local. É importante que a população fique atenta a essa determinação judicial e não permita a instalação, é claro que sem violência. Podem chamar que a gente vai lá pra mostrar que o povo tem quem o defenda”, concluiu.
“A diretoria da Amazonas Energia não respeita decisão judicial, que dirá à população. Os moradores registraram boletim de ocorrência contra a concessionária, já os funcionários se comprometeram a retirar os medidores instalados ainda hoje do local”, finalizou
