Coreógrafo Tíndaro Silvano fala sobre as criações para o 21º Festival Amazonas de Ópera 

O artista assina as coreografias de ‘Acis and Galateia’ e ‘Kawah Ijen (Vulcão Azul)’

Responsável pelas coreografias de “Kawah Ijen (Vulcão Azul)” e “Acis and Galatea”, que serão interpretadas, respectivamente, pelo Corpo de Dança do Amazonas (CDA) e pelo Balé Experimental do CDA – que fazem parte dos Corpos Artísticos da Secretaria de Estado de Cultura (SEC) –, o coreógrafo mineiro Tíndaro Silvano fala do trabalho no .

O FAO 2018 é uma realização do Governo do Amazonas com patrocínio do Bradesco Prime – que celebra 10 anos de parceria com o festival –, incentivo do Ministério da Cultura (Minc) por meio da Lei Rouanet; além do apoio da Agência Amazonense de Desenvolvimento Cultural (AADC) e da Aliança Francesa.

Tíndaro Silvano é coreógrafo, bailarino, maître de ballet e percorre diversos países ministrando técnicas de dança para grupos artísticos que participam de festivais e espetáculos. O coreógrafo, que descende de uma família de professores e artistas, trabalha com artes cênicas e dança desde os 15 anos de idade. Tíndaro, que também criou a coreografia de “Tannhäuse”, no FAO 2017, conta que desde o início do Festival Amazonas de Ópera já desejava fazer parte do projeto.

“Eu ouço falar no Festival de Ópera desde o começo. Hoje, todos nós sabemos que é um projeto consagrado e há muitos anos eu já flertava profissionalmente com a equipe daqui. Coincidentemente, em um encontro no ano passado, os coordenadores do FAO me convidaram para coreografar uma récita. Eu adorei tanto a proposta que neste ano estou aqui novamente”, comenta.

Nascido em Minas Gerais, Tíndaro criou mais de 15 coreografias para o corpo de Dança de seu estado, entre os anos de 1986 e 1988. Em 2018, Tíndaro contribuirá para o FAO coreografando “Acis and Galatea” e “Kawah Ijen (Vulcão Azul)”.

“Estou muito feliz com o convite, apesar do tempo corrido que tenho por conta de muitos projetos. No dia a dia em Manaus, eu intercalo minha agenda entre ensaios, estudos coreográficos e mais ensaios. Quando viajo a trabalhos como este, já venho com todas as ideias e concepções em mente para executar assim que desembarco”, destaca.

 

Currículo – Como bailarino, Tíndaro já passou pela Companhia de Dança do Palácio das Artes, de Minas Gerais; Companhia de Dança do Ballet Guaíra, de Curitiba; Cia de Dança do Ballet Gulbenkian, de Lisboa; e Companhia de Dança do Ballet do Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro. O coreógrafo, que já chegou a países como Alemanha, Finlândia e Argentina ministrando técnicas de dança, reafirma a qualidade artística do CDA.

“Eu transito em diversos lugares do mundo e não vejo grandes diferenças entre as companhias de dança da Europa e o CDA. Geralmente esses grupos têm as mesmas caraterísticas”, conta. “Um diferencial que vejo é o Governo do Estado manter estes grupos artísticos na região. Enquanto os estados do Sul e Sudeste do Brasil estão lutando para manter seus artistas, no Amazonas é uma maravilha ver esse trabalho acontecer a todo vapor e com apoio”.

Acis and Galatea – Ópera barroca do alemão George Handel, inspirada no mito grego, num libreto de John Gay, retrata o amor de Galatea, uma ninfa semidivina e o pastor Acis, que sofre por conta do ciúme do ciclope Polyphemusque, que rejeitado por Galatea, mata Acis. Para manter o amado ao seu lado mesmo após a morte, Galatea transforma Acis em igarapé.

Para esta récita, Tíndaro adianta: “Essa é uma ópera pastoral. Nela, as bailarinas terão uma movimentação mais aquática, pelo fato delas serem a mistura de ninfas e sereias. O diferencial da movimentação desses personagens é sua adaptação criada à mitologia amazônica”.

Terá apresentações nos dias 13, 17 e 19 de maio, com o Balé Experimental do Corpo de Dança do Amazonas, Grupo Vocal do Coral do Amazonas, Solistas do Madrigal Ivete Ibiapina, Orquestra de Câmara do Amazonas; tenor Anibal Mancini; sopranos Amanda Aparício e Mirian Abad; e baixo Murilo Neves. Direção e regência: Marcelo de Jesus.

Kawah Ijen (Vulcão Azul)” – No dia 27 de maio, o Teatro Amazonas será palco da estreia mundial de “Kawah Ijen”, do compositor brasileiro João Guilherme Ripper, que foi encomendada especialmente para o FAO.

A história se passa nos arredores do vulcão Kawah Ijen, na Indonésia, onde o dono de uma mineradora enriquece às custas da exploração dos habitantes da vila. Obrigados a chegar até as profundezas da cratera para recolher as melhores pedras de enxofre, os mineiros acabam por inalar o gás venenoso que os vitima ainda jovens. Graças ao pacto com a divindade do vulcão, o dono é protegido das constantes revoltas e ameaças do povo. Entretanto, uma inesperada reviravolta acontece quando ele cobiça e violenta uma jovem da vila que dará luz aquele que mudará o destino de todos e do vulcão.

“Procurei trazer movimentações fortes e vibrantes, além de coloridas. Em ‘Kawah Ijen’ procurei algo mais visceral e espiritualizado”, destaca Tíndaro.

Os ingressos para as apresentações estão disponíveis na bilheteria do Teatro Amazonas e no site www.aloingressos.com.br, com valores que vão de R$ 5 a R$ 60.
