A Prefeitura de Manaus, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Segurança Pública e Defesa Social (Semseg), promoveu, nesta quinta-feira, 30/1, no Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (Cras), localizado no bairro Japiim, uma ação da campanha “Janeiro Branco”, voltada à conscientização sobre saúde mental e qualidade de vida dos servidores.
A campanha tem ganhado destaque na rotina da Guarda Municipal de Manaus e da Defesa Civil, reforçando a necessidade do cuidado com o bem-estar emocional dos agentes que atuam diretamente com a população.
Diante das exigências diárias da profissão, que envolve contato constante com o público e situações de alta pressão, a realização de palestras e atividades voltadas ao equilíbrio mental torna-se essencial para a qualidade de vida dos servidores.
A assistente social Ellen Cristina Mendonça ressaltou a importância dessas iniciativas para que os profissionais consigam lidar melhor com suas emoções e desempenhar suas funções de forma mais saudável.
“A saúde mental dentro do ambiente de trabalho é fundamental, especialmente para a Guarda Municipal e a Defesa Civil, que lidam diretamente com o público. Essas ações ajudam os servidores a gerenciar suas emoções, equilibrando as demandas do trabalho e da vida pessoal, o que impacta diretamente na qualidade de vida”, destacou Ellen.
Rotina
Os desafios enfrentados pelos agentes da Guarda Municipal exigem um alto nível de atenção e podem levar à exaustão mental ao longo do tempo. O chefe da Guarda Municipal, Claudionei Barboza, enfatizou a importância de ações como essa para ajudar os servidores a reconhecerem sinais de sobrecarga emocional e buscarem apoio.
“Nosso trabalho nos leva constantemente ao limite da atenção e do cansaço mental. Com o tempo, isso pode gerar mudanças no comportamento que muitas vezes não percebemos. Ter essa consciência permite que o servidor busque tratamento e acompanhamento, garantindo saúde mental tanto no trabalho quanto na vida pessoal”, afirmou.
A palestra foi ministrada pela psicóloga Anaquena Carolina e contou com a participação de mais de 30 servidores, que receberam orientações sobre identificação de sinais de estresse, estratégias de autocuidado e a importância do suporte emocional no ambiente de trabalho.
Ações para um ambiente de trabalho mais saudável
A campanha Janeiro Branco reforça a necessidade de criar um ambiente onde os servidores sintam-se apoiados e compreendam a importância do autocuidado. O equilíbrio emocional não só melhora a qualidade de vida dos profissionais, mas também impacta diretamente na qualidade do serviço prestado à população.
