Comprometida com a transparência de todas as suas ações, a diretoria executiva do Instituto de Desenvolvimento Agropecuário e Florestal Sustentável do Estado do Amazonas (Idam), promoveu algumas melhorias no site da instituição, para facilitar o acesso de toda a sociedade aos serviços oferecidos, à transparência e à ouvidoria. O endereço eletrônico do instituto continua o mesmo: www.idam.am.gov.br .
“Neste processo de continuidade, os ajustes vão atender melhor quem entrar no nosso site. Acreditamos que essa facilidade para encontrar o que se procura, aproxima as pessoas do setor público. Além disso, nosso papel institucional ganha força no quesito transparência e isso é muito importante”, enfatiza o diretor-presidente do Idam, Daniel Borges.
Assim, o site oferece uma melhor experiência aos que buscam mais informações sobre os serviços oferecidos, notícias e esclarecimentos sobre o trabalho desenvolvido pelo Idam.
Para padronizar todos os perfis oficiais e ampliar a divulgação dos trabalhos feitos pelo Idam, bem como o acesso ao internauta, o YouTube passou de Idam.Rural para “idam_govam”. E o Twitter e o Instagram passam a ter a mesma nomenclatura: @idam_govam. A página do facebook segue com o mesmo endereço: facebook.com/idam.govam.

É importante salientar, que todo e qualquer serviço oferecido pelo Idam, tem início com a visita dos produtores rurais à Unidade Local (UnLoc), que está presente em todos os municípios do estado.
O processo se inicia com um cadastro, análise dos documentos já existentes, providência e emissão da documentação que for preciso e, assim, os produtores passam a receber as visitas programadas dos técnicos. Por outro lado, passam a ter acesso às políticas públicas voltadas para o Setor Primário, como financiamentos, recebimento de mudas e principalmente, o Cartão do Produtor Primário, que permite a aquisição, com considerável desconto, dos insumos para os seus trabalhos diários.
