O governo espera arrecadar até R＄ 12 bilhões com a regulamentação das apostas esportivas. Thaís Molina Pinheiro, especialista em Direito Penal, diz que um dos problemas para a vítima é o tipo de crime que é cometido. “Quando o agressor encosta na vítima, há o crime de importunação sexual. Se o agressor pratica um ato isolado, sob as cobertas, é possível seja enquadrado como ato obsceno.
O criminalista Rafael Paiva, especialista em violência contra a mulher, orienta que, em voos nacionais, a mulher deve acionar imediatamente o comissário responsável, informando que foi vítima de crime e pedir que o comandante do avião seja informado para que acione a polícia em solo, antes do desembarque. “É muito importante que a vítima faça a denúncia ainda quando estiver em voo. Thaís lembra que o crime praticado a bordo de aeronave dentro do espaço aéreo nacional é processado no local em que houve o pouso após o crime ou no local de onde partiu a aeronave.
