Outras duas proposituras do presidente da Casa foram aprovadas na sessão desta quarta-feira
De autoria do presidente da Câmara Municipal de Manaus (CMM), vereador Caio André (Podemos), o Projeto de Emenda à Lei Orgânica do Município (Loman) nº 004/2023 foi promulgado na Sessão Plenária desta quarta-feira (1º/11). A matéria dispõe sobre a inclusão do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa com Deficiência no Conselho Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano (CMDU).
Conforme a propositura, atualmente 21 órgãos e entidades possuem membros ou representantes que formam o CMDU. O projeto cria um inciso ao parágrafo 1º do artigo 221 da Loman, adicionando o Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa com Deficiência.
Segundo o vereador, a medida amplia a participação dessa parcela da população em atividades, debates e tomadas de decisão.
“As Pessoas com Deficiência precisam de representatividade, eles possuem um conselho e nada mais importante para eles do que a mobilidade, isso é inclusão. Eles precisam ser ouvidos no Conselho de Desenvolvimento Urbano, onde se discute a mobilidade urbana da cidade, o Plano Diretor. Nada mais importante do que a presença deles nesse conselho”, pontuou Caio André.
Efetividade no orçamento – Outro Projeto de Emenda à Loman de autoria de Caio André também foi promulgado nesta quarta-feira. Sob o número 007/2023, o projeto acrescenta o parágrafo 16 ao art. 147, que destina 1% da receita corrente líquida, realizada no ano anterior, às emendas parlamentares de bancada, cuja execução será obrigatória.
De acordo com a justificativa da matéria, a proposta visa dar mais efetividade ao orçamento público, condição essencial para o aumento da qualidade na prestação de serviços à sociedade.
Incentivo ao esporte – Além destes, foi aprovado o PL nº 088/2023, do vereador Caio André, que torna de Utilidade Pública a Federação Estadual de Skateboard do Amazonas (Fesbam). A matéria seguiu à sanção da Prefeitura de Manaus.
O reconhecimento abre possibilidades como mais facilidades na obtenção de recursos, e, ainda, um maior número de competições de skate – esporte olímpico – no estado.
