Governo do Amazonas aprova, na Aleam, pagamento de recompensa a policiais por

Foi aprovado, nesta quarta-feira (04/12), pela Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Amazonas (Aleam), o projeto de lei do Governo do Amazonas que institui pagamento de gratificação a policiais civis e militares da ativa que apreenderem armas de fogo. Em maio, o governador Wilson Lima havia assinado a Mensagem Governamental prevendo o pagamento de recompensas de R$ 300 a R$ 1.000.

“A participação dos deputados foi muito importante na aprovação deste projeto que vai reforçar o trabalho da segurança pública. Hoje, os policiais já fazem um volume considerado de apreensões e, com esse incentivo, deverão intensificar suas ações”, afirmou o titular da Secretaria de Estado de Segurança Pública (SSP-AM), coronel Louismar Bonates.

De acordo com o secretário, o objetivo é retirar de circulação o maior número possível de armas de fogo para coibir outros crimes. “Queremos tirar as armas das mãos dos marginais e, com isso, reduzir o número de outros crimes como homicídios, roubos e latrocínios”, disse Bonates.

Neste ano, foram apreendidas mais de 1,7 mil armas, até setembro, o que significa um aumento de 10% em relação a igual período de 2018, conforme informações do Instituto de Criminalística do Departamento de Polícia Técnico-Científica (DPTC). Mais da metade das apreensões corresponde a revólveres e pistolas.

As apreensões são fruto do trabalho ostensivo e de Inteligência das Polícias Civil e Militar, coordenado pela SSP-AM.

Prêmio especial – Segundo o Projeto de Lei 566/2019, aprovado hoje, a recompensa será dada aos policiais que, “no exercício de suas funções, apreenderem armas de fogo em situação irregular”. A situação irregular está prevista na Lei Federal 10.826, mais conhecida como Estatuto do Desarmamento.

Cada arma corresponde a um valor de premiação de acordo com o potencial lesivo e as circunstâncias da apreensão. Além disso, está prevista uma premiação especial de R$ 20 mil, no fim de cada ano, aos policiais que mais vezes receberem as recompensas ao longo do ano.

Ainda de acordo com a lei, se a apreensão “ocorrer por trabalho em equipe, patrulha ou guarnição”, o valor da premiação será dividido em partes iguais. Além disso, não incidirá sobre o benefício os descontos obrigatórios previstos em lei.

Unanimidade – O projeto que premia os policiais pela apreensão de armas de fogo foi aprovado por unanimidade na sessão plenário desta quarta-feira da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado (ALE-AM). O deputado Cabo Maciel lembra que milhares de armas são apreendidas e que a recompensa é um estímulo a mais aos policiais. ‘‘Ganha o policial, ganha a sociedade, que terá policiais ainda mais motivados no combate à criminalidade’’.

A líder do Governo na Casa legislativa, deputada Joana Darc, destaca o trabalho das polícias neste ano, que ampliaram os resultados, reduzindo os índices de criminalidade. ‘‘Esse é mais um projeto de acerto do Governo, e a Assembleia dá a sua contribuição, aprovando-o, de forma unânime’’.
