Edição amazonense do Circula Cultura Viva conta com o apoio do governo do estado, por meio da Secretaria de Cultura e Economia Criativa
Em mais uma evidência do estreitamento de relações entre a Secretaria de Cultura e Economia Criativa do Amazonas e o Ministério da Cultura, foi realizada nesta quinta-feira (21/09), às 16h, no Palacete Provincial, uma oficina abordando o Edital de Premiação Cultura Viva Sérgio Mamberti e o Edital Cultura Viva 2023 – Fomento aos Pontos de Cultura.
Realizado pelo Ministério da Cultura, com o apoio em Manaus da Secretaria de Cultura e Economia Criativa, o evento faz parte do programa Circula Cultura Viva e tem o objetivo de preparar o público-alvo para se habilitar a se inscrever nos dois editais que reúnem nacionalmente um investimento de 61,5 milhões para a Política Cultura Viva. As inscrições estão abertas até 2 de outubro.
O Circula Cultura Viva é uma ação da Secretaria de Cidadania e Diversidade Cultural do Ministério da Cultura (SCDC/MinC) de mobilização e articulação da gestão compartilhada da Política Nacional de Cultura Viva, junto aos Escritórios do Ministério e às parcerias da política pública de base comunitária.
Essas ações possuem como objetivo divulgar as ações da SCDC/MinC; trocar experiências; saberes e fazeres culturais; estimular e reconhecer ações culturais desenvolvidas em âmbito nacional e internacional.
Para o diretor de promoção das culturas populares e tradicionais do Ministério da Cultura, Tião Soares, que veio a Manaus exclusivamente para ministrar a oficina, o principal objetivo do projeto é realizar escutas sensíveis por todo o Brasil.
“Estamos percorrendo todo o Brasil, especialmente a região norte, com o projeto Circula Cultura Viva, com a apresentação dessas oficinas. O objetivo é mobilizar a sociedade cultural e a sociedade como um todo em torno da retomada da retomada das políticas culturais e da reconstrução do Brasil”, afirmou o representante do MinC.
Coordenadora do escritório do Ministério da Cultura em Manaus, Michelle Andrews ressaltou a parceria com o governo do estado, por meio da Secretaria de Cultura e Economia Criativa, para a realização do evento.
“É muito importante essa iniciativa do governo federal, que implementa 27 escritórios em todo o País. O Amazonas já está com seu escritório montado, fazendo as suas articulações e agradecendo muito a Secretaria de Cultura que está aderindo às oficinas e às reuniões”, afirmou Michelle.
A representante do MinC no Amazonas também ressaltou a importância da oficina. “Essa reunião de hoje é muito importante porque trata de uma política para a cultura brasileira que chega na base. Estamos fazendo aqui a acessibilidade desses editais”, pontuou.
Para o secretário de Cultura e Economia Criativa Marcos Apolo Muniz, a reestruturação do Ministério da Cultura é vantajosa para todos os fazedores de cultura do Amazonas.
“Não há frustração com o restabelecimento do Ministério. Há a apresentação de resultados dentro do que era esperado por todos nós. Sempre que participamos de reuniões nacionais no Ministério da Cultura, somos muito bem recebidos naquela casa”, afirmou.
Apolo também mencionou a receptividade dos técnicos e técnicas do ministério. “Estão realmente dispostos a dialogar com todos nós, fazer essa escuta, abrir portas, abrir janelas, abrir caminhos para que, dessa forma, nós possamos continuar desenhando esse novo tempo da cultura do nosso país”, declarou o secretário.
Premiações
O Edital de Premiação Cultura Viva – Sérgio Mamberti visa ao reconhecimento dos agentes culturais que promovem a preservação, valorização e a difusão da diversidade cultural brasileira, bem como fortalecimento das expressões das culturas populares e tradicionais protagonizadas por Mestres e Mestras.
O edital prevê quatro categorias de prêmios culturais: Prêmio Culturas Populares e Tradicionais, Prêmio Culturas Indígenas, Prêmio Diversidade Cultural e Prêmio Pontos de Cultura Viva.
O Prêmio Culturas Populares e Tradicionais – Mestre Lucindo objetiva reconhecer, valorizar e mostrar a atuação de mestres e mestras dos saberes e fazeres, grupos, coletivos e instituições culturais que se expressam através de diversas linguagens artísticas, ritos sagrados e festas comunitárias, cuja vida e obra foram dedicadas à proteção, promoção e desenvolvimento da cultura tradicional brasileira; de sabedoria notória, reconhecida entre seus pares e por especialistas; e com longa permanência na atividade e capacidade de transmissão dos conhecimentos artísticos e culturais.
O Prêmio Culturas Indígenas Vovó Bernaldina – objetiva reconhecer as especificidades e a pluralidade de manifestações culturais das etnias indígenas em cada região, valorizando suas identidades, seus modos de vida, saberes, fazeres e expressões culturais, em todo o Brasil.
O Prêmio Diversidade Cultural objetiva reconhecer e valorizar as culturas e a produção cultural das pessoas idosas, com deficiência, LGBTQIA+ e em sofrimento psíquico, proporcionando reconhecimento, visibilidade e empoderamento a estes grupos que compõem a pluralidade da sociedade brasileira.
Já os Prêmio Pontos de Cultura Viva – objetiva reconhecer, valorizar, incentivar, ativar e potencializar, em todas as Unidades da Federação, atividades culturais desenvolvidas e articuladas por Pontos de Cultura em suas comunidades, os quais atuam em rede, promovendo a transmissão, o fazer cultural e o intercâmbio de saberes, experiências de formação, criação e fruição artístico-cultural.
Pontões de Cultura
Pontões de Cultura são entidades com constituição jurídica, de natureza/finalidade cultural e/ou educativa, que desenvolvam, acompanhem e articulem atividades culturais, em parceria com as redes regionais, identitárias e temáticas de pontos de cultura e outras redes temáticas, que se destinam à mobilização, à troca de experiências, ao desenvolvimento de ações conjuntas com governos locais e à articulação entre os diferentes pontos de cultura que poderão se agrupar em nível estadual e/ou regional ou por áreas temáticas de interesse comum, visando à capacitação, ao mapeamento e a ações conjuntas.

Fomento à Pontões de Cultura objetiva selecionar 46 projetos para celebrar Termo de Compromisso Cultural com Pontões de Cultura que possuam pelo menos três anos de constituição jurídica e de experiência no mesmo objeto ou objeto similar, para desenvolverem, articularem e darem continuidade a ações culturais das Redes de Pontos de Cultura relevantes para a diversidade cultural brasileira e para o fortalecimento da Política Nacional de Cultura Viva no Brasil.
