Gleisi defende decisão de Dino que desagradou a bancos e fala em ‘custo Bolsonaro’

(Folhapress) – A ministra Gleisi Hoffmann (Relações Institucionais) saiu em defesa do ministro Flávio Dino, do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) após a decisão do ministro de que leis estrangeiras não são válidas no Brasil repercutir mal no mercado financeiro

“Quem agrediu o sistema financeiro no Brasil foi Donald Trump, provocado por Jair Bolsonaro e seu filho Eduardo. O ministro Flávio Dino tomou uma decisão em defesa da soberania nacional, das nossas leis e até dos bancos que operam em nosso país”, escreveu ela nesta quarta (20).

A decisão de Dino prevê a possibilidade de o tribunal punir bancos que aplicarem as sanções financeiras contra Alexandre de Moraes, seu colega de corte. O recado foi dado em uma decisão concedida em ação sobre o rompimento da barragem de Mariana (MG), em que Dino declarou que ordens judiciais e executivas de governos estrangeiros só têm validade no Brasil se confirmadas pelo Supremo.

Na publicação em suas redes, Gleisi diz que ele agiu em legítima defesa do Brasil e voltou a culpar a família Bolsonaro pelas retaliações de Trump ao país. O tratamento dado pela justiça brasileira ao ex-presidente foi usado pelo americano como argumento para as sanções econômicas ao país.

“A especulação com o valor das ações dos bancos é mais uma parcela do Custo Bolsonaro, que recai sobre o país desde que ele se aliou a Trump para fugir do julgamento por seus crimes.”
