Seminário traça panorama da produção artística no século 21

Durante uma semana, cada forma de expressão artística — entre dança, literatura, artes visuais e música — será discutida no “Seminário Panorama das Artes no Século 21”, da Prefeitura de Manaus. Idealizado e promovido pelo Conselho Municipal de Cultura (Concultura), o encontro buscará abordar cada segmento artístico em três âmbitos: internacional, nacional e estadual, com o objetivo de identificar e analisar os entraves nas diferentes esferas.

O seminário iniciará nesta segunda-feira, 21/5, e seguirá com uma diversificada programação até a sexta-feira, 25/5, no Centro de Artes da Universidade Federal do Amazonas (Caua), na rua Monsenhor Coutinho, Centro. Segundo o escritor, dramaturgo e presidente do Concultura, Márcio Souza, a ideia do seminário é abrir para os artistas, estudantes e o público de modo geral, uma discussão sobre a “criação” no século 21.

“O seminário propõe uma visão em três níveis: nos planos internacional, nacional e estadual. Porque há uma síndrome aqui em Manaus de que moramos longe e então tudo é diferente. A distância nos põe em defasagem, quando, na verdade, pode ser o contrário. De repente, o seminário pode mostrar que a distância não importa para a produção cultural”, comentou o escritor.

Para o presidente, que também será um dos palestrantes do evento, a proposta do seminário é tentar mostrar e discutir se há essa defasagem, se não há ou o porquê dessa ‘má consciência’.

“A cultura é disseminada. Nós somos um ramo da cultura Lusitana que é parte da cultura da civilização ocidental, portanto é atemporal. Não tem importância se estamos aqui distante de Moscou, Roma, Paris ou São Paulo. Por isso vamos discutir essa defasagem ou essa má consciência. Inclusive encontrar politicas culturais para romper essa defasagem, se ela existir. Uma semana não vai se resolver, mas pode indicar os problemas, impedimentos e falha”, destacou.

Seminário

Na segunda-feira, Márcio Souza fará a abertura do seminário e da exposição “Panorama das Artes no Século 21”, que ficará em cartaz até o último dia do evento.

No mesmo dia, às 15h30, o doutor em Ciências Sociais André Bazzanella, de São Paulo, ministrará a palestra “O Brasil tem política cultural – A situação das Artes no Brasil”.

“Tínhamos chance de trazer um palestrante de renome internacional, mas seria uma mão única, pois ele não conheceria a realidade do Brasil, do Amazonas e da Amazônia. O André Bazzanella trará esse questionamento ‘O Brasil tem política cultural?’ justamente por conhecer essa realidade”, salientou Márcio Souza que, em seguida, às 16h, apresentará a Palestra “Panorama da Literatura no Século 21”.

Na terça-feira, 22/5, acontecerão as palestras “Panorama das Artes Cênicas no Século 21”, com o escritor e dramaturgo Jorge Bandeira, às 15h, e “Panorama do Cinema no Século 21”, com Gustavo Soranz, doutor em Multimeios, às 16h.

Na quarta-feira, 23/5, será a vez das palestras “Panorama da Música no Século 21”, com Fabiano Cardoso, Maestro Assistente do Coral do Amazonas, às 15h. E também  “Panorama da Dança no Século 21”, com Getúlio Lima, diretor do Corpo de Dança do Amazonas, às 16h.

A programação continua na quinta-feira, 24/5, com a palestra “Panorama da Arquitetura no Século 21”, ministrada pela arquiteta Ana Lúcia Abrahim, às 15h. Já às 16h, o artista visual Afrânio Santos apresentará a palestra “Panorama das Artes Visuais no Século 21”.

Encerrando o ciclo de palestras, na sexta-feira, 25/5, ocorrerá a Mesa Redonda “Reflexões sobre as artes no século 21” com a participação de Lilian Fraiji (mestre em curadoria de Artes), Laurent Troost (mestre em Arquitetura e Urbanismo), João Fernandes (mestre em Letras e Artes) e Rosemara Staub Barros (doutora em Comunicação e Semiótica).
